Forgot Your Account Password

If you ever forget your account password you can quickly create a new one.

To create a new account password

1. Go to www.gotomypc.com and click the Forgot your Password? link below the log in button.
2. Enter your email address that was used to create your account and click Submit.

An email will be sent to your email address with a link to create a new account password.

3. Go to your email and click the link to create a new account password.

From the new Web page enter your new account password and confirm.

4. Click OK.

Note: You will receive an email with instructions for creating a new password. The email will be sent to the email address you provided when you created your GoToMyPC account. If the email account is accessible only from the host computer you are trying to access, you will need to be physically present at your host to view the email.
