Your access code resides only on your host PC and is never transmitted over the Internet. It is a critical component in the encryption key which is used to keep your host PC secure. For security reasons, Citrix Online does not have a record of your access code and has no way to provide it to you if forgotten while traveling. For this reason, you must be physically present at the host PC to create a new access code.
To create a new access
code
Go to the host PC
whose access code you would like to change.
Make sure that the
GoToMyPC service is running (look for icon in the system
tray).
Right-click on the
icon in the system tray and select Change Access Code.
Click the Forgot your access code? link.
Enter your email
address and account Password.
On the New Access
Code dialog box, enter your newaccess
code, confirm thenewaccess code and click OK.
