Cancel Your Account or Update Billing Information
If you are a GoToMyPC or GoToMyPC Pro user then you can update your credit card and billing information (a) very easily by logging in at www.gotomypc.com and selecting the Billing Info link from the expanded My Account menu in the left navigation pane.
Note: GoToMyPC Corporate customers should contact their account manager for account and billing related questions.
Online credit card payments are processed on our secure server using a VeriSign SSL Certificate. This means GoToMyPC has been authenticated by the strictest industry standard and your transaction with us is encrypted.
If you plan to expense your GoToMyPC service then select the option to include additional business information (b).
With Subscription Options you can decide what will happen with your GoToMyPC account after the current plan expires (c). Because GoToMyPC is a pre-paid service, your service will continue until the end of your current paid subscription period. At that time, your plan will be discontinued and will not renew again.
